TPABenefits, Inc. develops web based applications specifically designed for Third Party Administrators. Through extensive use of web based technology, we have developed an application that works to complement your existing Employee Benefit Information System. This system incorporates functions such as report generation (can be customized), claims information, prescription information, enrollment, ID cards, health network information, and plan documents.

James E. Burkholder, President of Benefit Management Administrators, Inc. is the founder and principal architect of TPABenefits, Inc. Drawing on his years of experience operating as a full service TPA, James set out to develop an Internet enabled web based application, which would function and interface with multiple benefit information systems. His goal was the development of a product utilizing the power and simplicity of the Internet, to provide a conduit through the information superhighway connecting the claims administrator to internet enabled medical providers and suppliers, employers, employees and their dependents. After years of research and development, the software application TPABenefits is now marketed directly to Third Party Administrators throughout the United States.

TPABenefits is currently being interfaced with E-Commerce applications to facilitate the payment of benefits and the communication of payment information. TPABenefits will assist in bringing the claims administrator into HIPAA payment compliance while combining the worlds of electronic banking and the Internet.
